Who's teaching this?
Hi, I'm James 👋. I'm a Growth leader, Ex-CEO and AI advisor, and I've spent the last 14 years building and scaling tech startups.
Most recently, I was Creator Growth Lead at ElevenLabs during our hypergrowth from $120M to $210M ARR, where I led 13 product launches in 9 months and shipped viral PLG experiments responsible for over 1 million ElevenLabs-branded UGC videos being shared annually.
Before that, I spent 10 years as CEO of Encore Musicians, scaling it to 50,000+ bookings and $45M GMV before we were acquired by Mixcloud.

Frequently Asked Questions
While James teaches, AI coaches sit in the Zoom chat answering questions as they come up. In the build part of every workshop, the coaches move between people doing 1:1 debugging and feedback on whatever you are building. Between sessions you can post in the cohort WhatsApp group or email us, and you'll get a fast answer from James or a coach. There are also drop-in Q&A sessions and office hours through the week where you can bring your own agent for feedback.
If you want even more dedicated time with James on your specific agents or your AI rollout, private consulting and coaching calls with James and his coaches are available throughout the programme as a paid extra.

Many people who ask me this question are self-aware of its inherent irony. This is a course focused on AI, Automation, and Revenue Growth, but you're currently feeling too bogged down in manual work to make time for it! That's a sign to me that you'd benefit a lot from the Accelerator.

Everyone finishes the programme having either built agents from scratch, or significantly improved their existing agents and their understanding of how to build them well.
20% of people in Cohort 2 were developers or PMs from Tech/Product teams. The rest were from the C-Suite, Operations, Marketing, Growth, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success. You can see the full breakdown of roles on the Cohort 2 Results page.
If you can't make any of the live sessions and don't want to wait until Cohort 4 in September, it might make sense to go through the self-paced course.
The self-paced option (£375 +VAT, no VAT outside the UK) gives you the teaching from every session as focused one-hour recordings, plus all the prompts, build guides and frameworks. What you don't get is accountability to James and the group, and the option to ask questions if you get stuck. If you need that, join the live cohort.

But ask yourself: you've probably watched dozens, if not hundreds, of AI videos in the past year. How many agents have you actually built? The information is everywhere. What's missing is the structure, the accountability, and someone on a Friday saying "Have you finished the agent from last week? If not, we've got half an hour now. Let me unblock you." That's the difference between saving tutorials and actually shipping.

1:1 support is built into the live cohort. AI coaches answer questions in the Zoom chat while James teaches, work with you one-to-one during the build part of every workshop, and pick up anything you post in the WhatsApp group between sessions. There are also drop-in Q&A sessions and office hours through the week where you can bring your own agent for feedback.
